Refund Policy - Ramaiah Institute

Fee Refund Policy:

The refund of fees withdrawal may be permitted up to 4 weeks only, thereafter whoever withdraws for whatever reason will not be entitled to any refund, for the reason that the admission will have to be closed. The key features are:

  • The duration of four weeks is determined from the date of the commencement of the course and not from the date of admission though, it could be a late admission case.
  • If the student has received the book kits, uniforms and the ID cards the corresponding cost shall be deducted from the refund being given.

Request for withdrawal of the Course Amount to be Deducted
Before commencement of the course Rs. 5000/- Processing charges
Up to one week after the commencement of the course 5% of Rs. 2.50 Lakhs (Registration fee of Rs. 50,000/- and 1 st Installment of Rs. 2 Lakhs
After 1 st week up to 2 nd week, after the commencement of the course 7.5% of 2.50 lakhs
After the 2 nd week up to the 3 rd week, after the commencement of the course 10% of 2.50 lakhs
After the 3 rd week up to 4 th week, after the commencement of the course 12.5% of 2.50 lakhs
After 4 th week up to 5 th week, after the commencement of the course 15% of 2.50 lakhs
Beyond 31 Days No Refund

REGISTRATION FEE:

Rs.5000.00 will be deducted as cost towards registration in case of candidates withdraw admission on eligibility grounds

TUITION FEE:

  1. Candidate withdraws the admission before the commencement of the class, Rs. 5000.00 will be deducted.
  2. Time slots for the rest of the cancellation period is mentioned in the table above

Processing Time:

Refund applications will be accepted within 15 days from the commencement of the batch of the corresponding academic year

Refund initiation: 15 days from the end date of receiving refund applications of the corresponding academic year
