Panel discussion on Stepping towards Sustainability -FMCG Sector

e-MDP on 'HR Digital Transformation' held on 06th August 2020
On 6th August, 2020 RIM hosted one day MDP on HR Digital Transformation. The objectives of the MDP were to deliberate on the importance of adopting HR Digital transformation in leading an organization and to provide insights on how to digitalise HR function from the grass root level and make it a culture of the organization. The session was delivered by an eminent speaker on the subject Mr. Sanjeev Jain who is a certified Coach, Strategic HR and Management Consultant, versatile HR thought leader. He has been a successful strategic HR partner for large organisations from different industry sectors like engineering, food, oil and gas, avionics, packaging, chemical and IT for both Indian and multinational companies. The session was conducted on a virtual platform and was very interactive with over fifty participants.

The Institute Conducts Management Development Programs regularly on contemporary themes pertaining to different areas of management. These programs aim to provide an opportunity to the participants from the industry to enhance awareness and knowledge to face the challenges of uncertainty and changes in the business environment. Experienced faculty and senior industry professionals are invited to share their experiences with the participants.
